Waves of existence rise and then fall,
I'm but a child of many children
Take me, show me, guide me to meaning
Transcending opacity in search of purpose

Safety in structure, points of reference,
From star to star I'm only a wave
Alive within numbers and measurements,
Pillars of defeat within astral constructs

Finally awareness has set these innards aflame,
To refuse and to reject and strive only to exist,
Linger in indulgence and journey to the heart of the void,
Where the winds of intention holds no sway
