The little girl in me

Danaë
When my day-job ends, it's time to go home,
I'll be driving around, through the heart of this town,
Then I always buy my cigarettes in a drugstore , why ?
'Cause it's just until later on,
That I know what it is,
When I'm feeling,
Down down under,
When will I believe in me,

And when the rain comes down on me,
Open my eyes so I can see,
The little girl in me,

When I go to bed, late at night,
I start playing with my pillow, I can't fall asleep,
So I wanna take a shower, smoke a cigarette 'cause I'm bored,
And again until later on,
I know what it is,
When I'm feeling,
Down down under,
When will I believe in me,

And when the rain comes down on me,
Open my eyes so I can see,
The little girl in me,

No religion, no decisions, tempted visions all in my head,
Plain self-pitty, don't feel pretty, when will I believe in myself ?

And when the rain comes down on me,
Open my eyes so I can see,
The little girl in me.
