From the shadows

I'm left alone, the faces have faded away
Their empty memories have left me in dismay
Now I live in my precious nothingness
Forever in their shadows feeding on darkness

Dwelling in my self made prison
Long forgotten by them all

I am tortured with everything I do
No screams of sadness call in search of me
I've become a face they'll never see
From the shadows I gaze at all I've lost

And now those times are gone our ties are now undone
I am to you as the night is to the sun
Leave me here in eternal nothingness
